WSS website Problems Based on ASP. net2.0

Today, I tried to install a WSS Website Based on ASP. net2.0.
Install sps2003 step by step until the installation is successful and the database and application are configured ProgramPool. Install wss2003sp2-kb887624-fullfile-chs.exe. The installation is smooth and there is no problem in the middle. (During installation, all websites and application pools in IIS will be closed. You must also manually disable SQL server, or no installation error will occur ). Then, when I expand and create a WSS website, a webpart error occurs on the interface.
Is ASP. net1.1 incompatible with ASP. net2.0?
I tried to uninstall SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and reinstall it. Then, expand and create the WSS website. Then, the successful page is displayed.
SharePoint Portal Server 2003 is too dependent on wss2.0. If you upgrade wss2.0 after installation, an error will occur. Errors include: the website cannot be displayed normally, or even the SharePoint Portal Server Management in the SharePoint management center that can be accessed will also be inaccessible.
This situation will cause problems in the case of misoperations on existing websites (after all, the existing data is very important ).
