Thank you all! Welcome again to Haishu District to attend this conference. The subject of my speech today is the reverse of the electricity business and the regional economy. Combined with today's theme "reverse attack", usually refers to the counterattack in the breakthrough, refers to the expression is a self-improvement, weak, full of positive energy spirit. There are still some problems in the process of the emergence of e-commerce, in such an environment, how to break through the dilemma and constraints, to achieve the electricity business and regional economic reverse attack development, I would like to talk about three concepts.

First, the breakthrough of the attack is the relay E-commerce transformation and upgrading.

After years of rapid development, China's economy has entered a period of deep adjustment, the traditional extensive mode of growth seems to have come to an end, transformation and upgrading has become the main theme of the current economic field, and E-commerce is a favorable breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading. Embodied in the following three aspects: the first is "Electricity" extension "network." Second, "Electricity" to promote "change", E-commerce has changed the modern consumer concept and consumption habits, brought about by the innovation of traditional industries injected new development vitality, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to promote the development of regional industries. In fact, Haishu has a problem, other areas have some problems, how to achieve the success of reverse attack after the development of regional economy to a certain stage, this is also I have been thinking of the problem, I think, in the current economic situation, Haishu economy to maintain the original development advantages, whether it is the traditional business, or modern service industry need to improve, Upgrade the existing development model. Haishu District has an excellent condition for the development of E-commerce, focusing on: Ningbo is the Yangtze River Delta South Wing Center City, the national E-commerce demonstration City, aviation, railways, land and other traffic is very developed. After several years of efforts, Haishu District E-commerce Development has made considerable progress to 2012 years "double 11" for example, Taobao to achieve sales of 19.1 billion yuan, the region Boyang, the Pacific (601099, shares bar), Veken Three enterprise network total sales broke through 300 million yuan.

Second, the key point of the attack is to follow the market law, to achieve the rapid development of electrical business.

Market mechanism can guide the allocation of resources to more efficient places, in the most demand, often the best embodiment of value. E-commerce itself is the product of market economy, and it is the market demand that leads to electronic commerce. How to conform to the market law, play the role of market mechanism, I think there are two main aspects: on the one hand, in the objective to have the market mechanism to fully play the role of the ideal environment, as far as possible to reduce external factors on the market mechanism of interference and impact. The government should be a good organizer, but also a good referee, so that athletes in a fair and just environment of the fittest, natural selection, to avoid pulling hair to promote, as well as a good service, so that E-commerce enterprises in a higher platform to play a better level, show themselves.

On the other hand, in the subjective, mainly the vast number of electric dealers in the fierce competition in the market to find the right direction, to see where the greatest business opportunities, where the most efficient allocation of resources, and then comply with the law to achieve value. As the electric dealer sells not only one kind of service, is one kind of management way, the life style, has the own value enhancement, only then has the higher leap.

Third, the thrust of the attack is to build the basic platform to achieve optimal allocation of resources.

The construction of regional electric business platform is the trend of the development of the electronic commerce industry, and also the key point for the regional economy to complete the reverse attack. The construction of regional electric business platform can help to eliminate the restrictive factors that hinder the fair competition, reduce the transaction cost, better realize the basic disposition of the resources in the market, and realize the transformation of the operation mode of the supply chain and the value chain under the condition of low cost.

We Haishu District in the construction of regional electric business platform has a lot of efforts in the direction, the first is to build a platform for resource gathering, starting from the carrier construction, and actively break through the development of limited land resources bottlenecks, to point this surface, to achieve industrial agglomeration.
