We can see that the blood sugar level in the chocolate group has been at a relatively high level within an hour and 15 minutes from eating chocolate to running until 30 minutes after running, and the blood sugar level remains relatively high. If glucose is ingested, the curve will not remain stable, as it suddenly rises and then drops. This phenomenon is related to the low blood sugar index, that is, when you finish eating chocolate, the sugar in it slowly releases, and the blood sugar increases slowly. If your blood sugar can maintain a high level, it will definitely delay fatigue. This is the result of our laboratory study.

4. Chocolate is a food with low blood sugar Index
