1. The priority ranges from-20 to 19. The higher the priority, the lower the priority.

2. Nice can specify a modest (priority) Increment value for the process when creating a process, the priority value of a process is the sum of the shell priority value of the parent process and the humility we specify.

3. Example

1) Nice

Nice-N 5 Gaim & // run GaimProgramAnd specify a modest increment of 5 for it;
