I wrote this article to commemorate my participation in the Google financial search project for more than two years. Starting from this month, I will say goodbye to this project, so I think I want to write something,

Recently, I received a lot of phone text messages from financial management across the country or recommending a stock. However, this year's fierce CPI (which has not yet joined the house price index) is so popular that more and more people are feeling the pressure of inflation (in fact, it should be called stagflation and the increase in income is not obvious ), so I am eager to know how to preserve and increase my personal assets.

 

Fixed assets: real estate is still the best way to appreciate, but the higher the total price, the down payment of the real estate from two to two families, the increase in the down payment ratio of two suites and the increase in loan interest rates make it more difficult to purchase real estate. No specific research has been conducted on the store;

Gold: the price has been rising, but the processed gold is obviously unretained. I have read the personal gold business of China Construction Bank. I bought gold from China Construction Bank and stored it in China Construction Bank, plus the annual storage fee, the price of gold per gram increases by 20 yuan;

Stocks: the stock market in this country cannot have a big harvest through fundamental technical analysis. Ordinary small people cannot get good news, and retail investors can still win at the same time;

Fund: Good funds, such as Huaxia dashboard, are not open for purchase. Other funds have a high proportion of shares, and there are still few profit opportunities. A fixed investment fund is a choice every month;

Foreign exchange: As the renminbi continues to increase, it is definitely not possible to buy the dollar. After observing, the Australian dollar in May and May of this year is an option;

Entrepreneurship: If you have carefully studied taxation, it is really a good way to experience your life without venture capital...
