Cause: Eclipse configures tomcat the default Web application is in the Wtpwebapps directory that is deployed to the. Metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp0 directory.
To modify the method:
Under Eclipse, open the Server View tab and, if you have deployed the project, remove it first, as shown in figure:

1. Server path (that is, tomcat or Eclipse root directory)
2. Deploy path (the root directory of the engineering files, Tomcat generally webapps,workspace under the general Wtpwebapps)
By default deploy path is. metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp0\
At this point, you can change to Tomcat's Web application directory.
