GConf Error resolution for Linux
Problem:
After the CentOS system created the user Oracle, the user logged into the system, the page loading error, resulting in re-entry to the CentOS system after the appearance:
GConf error:failed to contact configuration Server;some possible cause is that you need to enable TCP/IP networking for O Rbit or you has stale nfslocks due to a system crash,see information. Workaround:
#cd/tmp/
#rm-R folder associated with your user name (assuming username is user, #rm-r*oracle*)
Then delete the. gnome2 and. Gnome two folders in the user's home directory and re-login.
