An annoying question about zendsudio

An annoying question about zendsudio is that I set the encoding to utf8, but I found that it is still automatically set to ansi when it is saved, but when it contains Chinese characters. It is saved as utf8... Is there any way to keep it as utf8 ??? This problem is too annoying ., Zend sudio is an annoying question about zendsudio project attributes.

Is the zend sudio project attribute set? Or use a txt file to open the file and save it as UTF-8.
