The first item on the left is the virtual device, which is our simulator. The second item is the package name that has been installed, and the third item is the package that can be installed.

Let's select the first item, and then click New on the rightmost side to create a new simulator.

Let's start to enter:

Name (name): Whatever you like. Here, we enter dbk2.2 because we want to create a new android2.2 simulator, so I added the version number.

Target (object): And the simulator you want to build is based on the Android version. Here we select android2.2-API leve 8

SD card (SD card): Size: Fill in the size of the SD card. Note that the simulator is created under drive C by default, so the size of your SD card will also affect the size of your simulator. The day is 200 MB.

Skin (appearance): There are a lot of options here, but the length and width of the simulator created by different skins are different, and some will almost occupy full screen. We use hvga

OK. The completed figure is as follows:

Click Create AVD.

Select our simulator and click Start on the right.

Will appear

Click launch.

 

Now, wait for the simulator to start up.
