Problem Description: The MyEclipse project in Windows2008 cannot start the emulator when it runs in Windows2003.
Workaround: Start the emulator administration tool and do not check the default size display in the Startup settings property.

The solution is as follows:
1, open C:\Program files\android\android-sdk\sdk Manager.exe
Open the SDK Manager interface
Open Tools Menu
Enter Management AVD Management interface
New or Modified simulator
