aspping provides command-line programs ping the same basic functionality, aspping is free, no free technical support
Installation:
Copy the DLL file to a subdirectory, such as the WINNTSYSTEM32,WIN95/98 directory of the NT directory Windowssystem.
Registers the DLL file, the command line changes the current directory to that directory, and then type:
regsvr32 aspping.dll
