Review admission requirements and arrangements

 

In accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Education and relevant school documents, the School of Computer Science now has the following arrangements for re-admission of master's students in 2010.

 

I. General principles

1.
Adhere to the principles of fairness, justice and openness.

2.
Enrollment type:

1)
Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology;

2)
Master of Engineering in map plotting and Geographic Information Engineering

3)
Master of Engineering in the computer technology field (dual-certificate full-time professional degree ).

3.
Score Line: the retest score is 310, the political and foreign language score is 40, and the mathematics and professional score is 75.

4.
Retest method: the retest adopts the method of differential retest. The Retest is divided into two parts: professional basic competence test (written examination and C language computer examination) and comprehensive interview. Each part has 150 points and the total score is 300 points. If you pass each score (90 points or more), you are eligible to take the test.

5.
The interview team consists of at least five teachers (including secretaries). The interview time for each student is generally not less than 20 minutes.

6.
According to the number of tutor plans, each interview team should make a comprehensive score (initial test score + basic professional competence test (written test and C language computer test) + comprehensive Interview Score) from the tutor's primary students) sort the proposed admission list and report it to the review team for review.

 

Ii. Review

Review Report: October 11, March 24 morningAt, candidates who participate in the review will report to g849 of the new main building, submit the review qualification materials, review the review qualification of candidates, and receive the instructor briefing and the mentor volunteer form. The review policy briefing will be held at, and the venue will be notified at that time. Candidates who participate in the review will fill in the volunteer information based on the enrollment type, instructor introduction, tutor enrollment count, etc., and return the volunteer form to g849 (If you do not pay the ticket because it is out of date, the review will be deemed as an automatic waiver.).

2.Review Method: The Retest adopts the differential retest method. The Retest is divided into two parts: professional basic competence test (written examination and C language computer examination) and comprehensive interview. Each part has 150 points and the total score is 300 points. If each part passes the examination, the applicant shall be eligible for admission.

 

3. Professional basic capability testing

The basic professional test is divided into two parts: the test and the C language computer test, the full score of the test is 100, the C language computer test is divided into 50 points, the professional basic ability test (test + C language computer test) if the score is unqualified, you cannot participate in the interview. Any activity that violates the discipline of the test room shall immediately terminate the review qualification of the candidate upon discovery.

1.Written test:The written examination time is am on April 9, March 25, and the place will be notified at the time of registration. The written test is a basic knowledge test, which includes the basic knowledge of five courses, including digital logic, set theory, mathematical logic, compilation principle, and database );

2. cLanguage computer test:

The C language computer examination mainly tests the examinee's C language programming ability, and the examination is carried out directly on the computer;

2)
At pm, January 1, March 25, candidates for the retest will go to the teaching lab center of the Computer College (level 3, Block F, the new main building) to take the C language computer examination.

3)
The evaluation is based on the combination of Automatic Marking and manual marking.

4)
If the C language computer examination result is unqualified (less than 27 points), it must be confirmed and signed by three marking instructors.

 

Iv. Comprehensive interview

1.
The interview should be conducted based on the difference. The interview content includes four aspects: English proficiency, mathematical foundation, professional quality, and comprehensive quality:

Major English proficiency assessments include oral English, listening, on-site reading and translation;

Ø
The main assessment content of mathematical basics includes: the basic mathematical theories (discrete mathematics, or other basic theoretical knowledge) that should be mastered in this major, with no less than two questions, if the answers to both questions are incorrect, you can add one question;

Ø
The main content of professional quality assessment includes: Basic professional knowledge and comprehensive professional competence. The assessment of basic professional knowledge should not be less than three questions of professional knowledge. If the answers to the three questions are incorrect, you can add one question; the comprehensive professional competence mainly assesses the examinee's ability to use the knowledge to solve specific application problems (or design problems, or engineering problems) in the computer field, and can adopt simple application scenarios (or design requirements, or engineering requirements). The examinee is required to explain the ideas, methods, or solutions for solving such a specific application problem from a technical perspective to assess the examinee's analytical and professional abilities.

In terms of overall quality, the main assessment content includes: language expression ability, logical thinking ability, attention to and understanding of the subject hotspots, the professional background of the examinee in the undergraduate stage, various scientific and technological activities participated in the undergraduate stage, various awards received, and the examinee's behaviors, characteristics, expertise, and overall impressions.

 

V. Others

1.
Candidates of the single test and strong military plan should adopt the equal-amount retest method, and do not participate in the professional basic test.

2.
At pm, September 30, March 24, candidates from the single test and strong military plan class will report to the hospital meeting room (g849), and receive the strong military plan indicators, comprehensive interview records, political review forms and interview arrangements.

3.
Candidates who participate in the review must carry out the review qualification review as required by the school. All submitted materials must be bound on the left side in order in A4 paper size (if the score transcript exceeds A4 size, it is folded into A4 size after binding, copy your ID card to the last page ).

Examinee summary:

Review:

Written test: digital logic, mathematical logic, set theory, Compiler Principle, database. All choose a vacuum. The test is not difficult, but the breadth of knowledge.
COMPUTER: No algorithm is used for the three questions. I finished it 40 minutes in advance, but I don't know whether it is right or not. The question determination system is different from that of ACM. I can only see whether the encoding is successful, but not the result of the judgment. The compiler uses GCC and the suffix of the submitted file is. C. Therefore, it is best to use standard C. If you use C ++, manual question determination may definitely affect the score. Many people still can't finish it when they are on the machine. Beihang did not say how to calculate the score if the review was recorded or not. It said that the score was directly obtained when the computer + test was unqualified, however, it is obvious that the water will be flushed. If it is true, it will be flushed half before the interview. I think the biggest use of the computer situation is that during the interview, this will be a very important reference. A form filled out before the interview contains English, Mathematics, professional courses, and test results.
Interview: first select a professor in the first round, then PK, and then click the next round.
In the second round, only associate professors are allowed to continue the primary key.
The third round is the master's degree in engineering. You do not need to select a mentor before the interview.
The general idea is that Beihang is still very fair. At least they are trying to compete fairly. Every system has its drawbacks. In some places, unfair competition is normal.
I think the most important thing before the review is to let the mentor you want to know as much as possible about you and your strength. Because the interview is only so short, it is too difficult to know a person.
In the first round of the review, there were more than 400 million users and Beihang was also fake. I think this also shows that Beihang is very fair.
