DoIOSDevelopment, a little memory left when you are not careful,4 GBMemory is not enough.Mac OS X
The system has good memory management; however"No one is perfect. No gold is enough."Obviously, it is not perfect. Sometimes some unnecessary memory space will be characterized"Inactive (Inactive)"Status.

In short, OS X memory usage is divided into wired, active, inactive, and free.

Wired is the core of the system and will never be evicted from the physical memory of the system.

Active indicates that the memory data is in use or has just been used.

Inactive indicates that the data in the memory is valid but has not been used recently.

Free indicates that the data in the memory is invalid and the space can be used by the program at any time.

When free memory is lower than a certain value (determined by the actual memory size), the system uses inactive resources in a certain order. Use certain principles to release inactive resources to free. For program use. If the active memory resource is not used for a period of time, it will be changed to inactive status temporarily. Similarly, when necessary, this part of inactive memory resources will be released as free for the program. The released part will be allocated to the virtual memory of the disk. (This is why the system speed is affected when the available disk space is less than 10 Gb ).

Therefore, it is normal to have a small amount of free memory and a large amount of inactive memory in the system. As long as the system or program needs it, the system will convert and use it. However, if the free memory and inactive memory of the system are both small and the active memory is large, your memory is insufficient.

The preceding figure shows that OS X does not need to worry about memory management. Everything is balanced by the system.

In order to be compatible with nonstandard programs, the win system allows the program to remain in use for a long time or for a long time. Therefore, you need to restart frequently..

If you do need to manually clean up inactive

Memory, you can use the "purge command" on the terminal to clear Mac OS X

You can search for it by yourself. I have a free link: Portal. Too many software packages are not necessarily good.

But I personally think purge is almost the same.

Sometimes, we feel that our Mac computer is slow.

There is also a disk analysis tool, you can also mention the speed
