find this file in the Eclipse folder:

Eclipse/configuration/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefs

Open the file with Notepad. If you are opening eclipse for the first time, his default workspace is

Recent_workspaces=c/://documents and Settings//administrator//workspace

If you have used multiple workspace, There will be multiple paths separated by a carriage return (/n) after the parameter recent_workspaces.

Delete the workspace path you don't need , and then restart Eclipse .
