Failure phenomenon:
1, the front panel plugged in speakers or headphones, the main board after the audio output still has a sound export;
2, the front panel has no sound output, the microphone input also has no effect, but the microphone and audio output is normal behind;
3, the front panel inserted microphone does not work but the audio output is normal.
Reason analysis:
In cases where the software is improperly set up, a similar problem can sometimes occur.
Solution:
1, the front of the audio output or microphone input is not normal use of the solution:

Win7, Win8, Win8.1 system, click the "Realtek high-definition Audio Manager" in the upper right corner "file icon", in the pop-up "Jack Settings" check "Disable front panel jack detection."

2, front and rear audio output simultaneous audible problem
Because the "disabled front panel Jack Detection" is ticked off, the computer has been unable to detect the insertion of a front output device (such as a headset), so no matter whether there is a headset in front of the access, will not shield the audio output behind, resulting in the output before and after the sound of the device.
Recommends that you turn off the rear audio output device (such as a speaker) manually when using a front output device, such as a headset. If you are still unable to resolve your issue
Note: If none of the above solutions can be solved we only have to send it to the sale to check it, then this may be the hardware problem rather than the problem we described above.
