Computer Import 12306 Certificate Browser What do you do without a reaction?

This problem occurs when a service in our computer does not appear. We just need to start it in the system's computer management, and we can do the following

1, win+x combination of the System Configuration menu, select the Computer Management, the effect shown in the following figure;

2, now we enter after we find "HDZB Comm service for V2.0" (if the 32-bit system should be HDZB Comm Service for V2.0);

3, need double hit open this service, click to Start, and then import the certificate on it.
