Shortcut key Encyclopedia (practical version)
One, common usage:
F1 Displays the current program or Windows Help content.
F2 When you select a file, this means "rename"
F3 when you're on the desktop, open the Find: All Files dialog box
F10 or Alt activates the current program's menu bar
Windows key or Ctrl+esc open Start menu
Ctrl+alt+delete Open the Close Program dialog box in Win9x
Delete Deletes the selected selected item, and if it is a file, it will be put into the Recycle Bin
Shift+delete Delete selected items, and if it is a file, it will be deleted directly instead of being put into the Recycle Bin
CTRL + N Create a new file
Ctrl+o Opens the Open File dialog box
Ctrl+p Open the Print dialog box
Ctrl+s Save the file for the current operation
Ctrl+x cut selected items to clipboard
Ctrl+insert or CTRL + C to copy the selected items to the Clipboard
Shift+insert or CTRL + V paste the contents of the Clipboard to the current position
Alt+backspace or ctrl+z undo the action of the previous step
Alt+shift+backspace redo the last step 牟僮?br>
Windows key +m minimizes all windows that are open.
Windows key +ctrl+m Restores the window's size and position before the previous operation
Windows key +e Open Explorer
Windows key +f Open the Find: All Files dialog box
Windows key +r Open the Run dialog box
Windows key +break Open the System Properties dialog box
Windows key +ctrl+f Open the Find: Computer dialog box
SHIFT+F10 or right-click to open the shortcut menu for the currently active project
Shift to press when you put the CD on, and you can skip the AutoPlay CD. When you open Word, you can skip a startup macro by pressing it
Alt+f4 Close the current application
Alt+spacebar the menu in the upper-left corner of the open program
ALT + TAB Toggle Current Program
ALT+ESC Switch Current Program
Alt+enter toggles the Msdos window running under Windows between the window and the full screen state
Printscreen Copy the current screen to the Clipboard in image mode
Alt+printscreen copies the currently active program window to the Clipboard in an image format
CTRL+F4 closes the current text in the current application, such as in Word
Ctrl+f6 switch to the next text in the current application (plus shift to jump to the previous window)
In IE:
Alt+rightarrow Display previous page (forward key)
Alt+leftarrow Display the back page (back key)
Ctrl+tab toggle between frames on the page (plus shift reverse)
