PPPoE connection failed. The following figure shows an error:
Log on to the Device Manager and find a large number of exclamation points. You cannot uninstall the device.
Solution:
1. Press Win + R in the system at the same time;
2. Enter regedit in the pop-up "run" box and click OK to open the registry editor ;(

3. Find the following registry subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class \ {4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
There will be several sub-items composed of four digits, as shown in the figure:
4. Find each subitem one by one and find the subitem whose "DriverDesc" value on the right is "WAN micro port (Network Monitor)". Note that there may be multiple subitems.
5. Change the value of Characteristics in each subitem from 29 to 9;
6. In this case, the problem item can be removed from the system Device Manager.
7. Return to the registry, restore the modified project, and restart the computer.
