Some people may fail to install xqdt directly. Before I install xqdt, I always prompt for missing dependencies. Then I found the installation method on the xqdt website. And then install xqdt (http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/incubator/repository/xquery/milestones/), I installed one by one after hook up separately, there are all choose to install or error. I installed it one by one, and the result was successful.
After the installation is complete, an XQuery-type project will be released. However, after creating a project, you must specifyInterpreters,Otherwise, an XQuery project cannot be created..Java XML parsing has a good tool basex (basex.org). After downloading it, you can simply configure it. The configuration steps are as follows:
- Start eclipse and go to preferences → XQuery → interpreters .
- Add a new interpreter with the Add button.
- enter name" basex "and choose JAVA XQuery engine as interpreter type.
- choose the downloaded basex. jar as interpreter JAR/war and set main class to "org. basex. basex "
- now press OK , and your interpreter is ready.
