1. Add a listener: terminal running:$ ORACLE_HOME/bin/netca(In the graphic interface environment), add a listener as prompted.

2. added services supported by listener: terminal running:$ ORACLE_HOME/bin/netmgr(Graphical interface), in:Oracle Net Configuration-> Local-> Listeners-> xxxx(The listener you just added), select "Database services", and add the database you want to serve. Where,Note that the Global Database Name is your external service Name.Save and exit.

3. Restart your listener: terminal run:
$ ORACLE_HOME/bin/lsnrctl stop
$ ORACLE_HOME/bin/lsnrctl start
Last tip:
Service "XXXX" has 1 instance (s ).
The command completed successfully.

Now, the listener Configuration on the server is pressed.
