1. Install development tools:
Required:
Eclipse IDE 3.1 (http://www.eclipse.org)
Nokia developer's suite 3.0.1 for J2EE (www.forum.nokia.com/tools)
Nokia prototype SDK 3.0 for J2EE (www.forum.nokia.com/tools)
Other options:
Nokia series 60 Platform 2.0 SDK (www.forum.nokia.com/tools, download fp3.pdf to integrate with eclipse 3.1)
Install the above tools in sequence. You can choose to integrate with eclipse during installation. After installation, you can see the Nokia simulator icon in the eclipse toolbar, click this icon to add the Nokia SDK and select the installation directory of the Nokia prototype SDK 3.0 for J2EE.
2. debugging settings:
Window-> preferences-> JAVA-> debug options do not select the temporarily executed settings, and the following time settings are set to more than 20000. in the customization window-> perspective-> JAVA, select the MIDP Project (Nokia SDK plug-in). In this way, you can quickly create a MIDP project based on Nokia, it can also be debugged.
3. Read the User Guide under/doc in the installation directory of Nokia prototype SDK 3.0 for j2s and learn how to build a j2s project based on Nokia SDK.

F5 step
F6 step over
F7 step return
F8 resume
Sihft + F5 use step Filters
CTRL + R execute to the specified row (you can specify the row with the mouse)
CTRL + Shift + D display the current value of the selected variable
CTRL + Shift + I display the expression value and expression debugging window
