1. The most important difference is that the data stored is of different importance.

SYS: All Oracle data dictionary base tables and views are stored in the SYS user, these base tables and views are very important to the operation of Oracle, the database is maintained by itself, no user can change manually. SYS user has dba, sysdba, sysoper roles and permissions, is the highest Oracle user, similar to the chairman of the company, and the system user is similar to the general manager of the company.

System: Used to hold sub-level internal data, such as some of Oracle's features or tools for managing information. The system user has DBA,SYSDBA roles or systems permissions.

2, the second difference, the authority of the different.

SYS must be logged in as SYSDBA or as Sysoper form.

If the system is normally logged in, it is actually an ordinary DBA user, but if you log in as SYSDBA, the result is a SYS user login.
