Eclipse always has this error you must restart ADB and eclipse

When you recently run eclipse, the console often displays the following errors:

The connection to ADB is down, and a severe error has occured.
You must restart ADB and eclipse.
Please ensure that ADB is correctly located at 'd:/Android-SDK-Windows/tools/adb.exe 'and can be executed.

I tried several methods, so I found this solution from the Internet and wrote a blog to solve this problem quickly. The solution is as follows:

1. Task Manager, close all adb.exe

2. Restart eclipse.

Today, I encountered the same problem, but the above solution was not solved, so I went online to find the solution as follows:

Restart your computer, run SDK manager.exe under the SDK, select virtual devices, and start a simulator.
