1. Modify the encoding of a file type:
Window->preferences->general->content types->text, select a file type that specifies the encoding method.
For example, the JSP file type is specified as Utf-8
2.myeclipse, modify the JSP file encoding method:
Windows->preferences->myeclipse->file and editors->jsp, select encoding in this directory as UTF-8
3. Modify the encoding method for all project files in the workspace:
Window->preferences->general->workspace->text the file encoding option, select Utf-8.
This is one thing you should do immediately after installing Eclipse, which is only valid for the current workspace.
4. Globally set the default encoding for Eclipse files:
Locate the Eclipse.ini file in the installation directory of Eclipse and add-dfile.encoding=utf-8 to the last line (see below), which resolves the problem with garbled jbpm process designer
