Plug-in installation is very simple, only need to extract the downloaded tomcatPluginV31 to the Eclipse installation directory plugins directory

Eclipse is turned on again, but the display of the Tomcat plug-in is not found. The solution is to start with the Startup.jar provided by Eclipse for the first time. The file is under the Eclipse directory.

You cannot start Tomcat immediately from Eclipse, you need to specify the installation directory for Tomcat. Select Eclipse's Menu window-〉preferences ..., open the Preferrences window
