Maven failed to create file

Workaround: Because the file downloaded under the corresponding folder is incomplete, delete the file under the folder and re-project->build all. Download again.

Workaround: Because the file downloaded under the corresponding folder is incomplete, delete the file under the folder and re-project->build all. Download again.

May be the problem of network speed, in the \.m2\repository\org\apache\maven\plugins, the folder has a lot of things not finished downloading. Therefore, if you encounter a similar problem in the future, it should be incomplete.
