first step: Download Eclipse, and install.

To have the system variable (the second box thing system variable) have path and classpath two variables, the method is:
Click New, variable name: path, variable value: Just the JDK installation path, for example my: C:\Program files\java\jdk1.8.0_121\bin.
Also new, variable name: classpath, Variable value: C:\Program Files\java\jdk1.8.0_121\jre\lib\rt.jar
Here, has been configured to complete, then you can open the DOS command (Start menu right-click, run: CMD) input javac, display as the same.
