Installation of SVN
- Download the SVN plugin site.zip toolkit
- Unzip the Site toolkit and place the content in the Eclipse\dropins directory
- Restart Eclipse
- Open SVN window
Hint: If the SVN icon appears Red Square, say the problem, you need to manually delete the Eclipse\configuration directory org.eclipse.update, restart Eclipse can be resolved.

No local records, can be recovered from SVN server
"Eclipse" installs SVN on eclipse
