Cause: The configuration file may have been incorrectly configured for multiple times, causing the file to be corrupted and unreadable.
Workaround: C:\Users\Administrator.gitconfig deletes the file according to this path and restarts eclipse. After the project creates a local warehouse, as shown in figure:
There will be > on the project after the local warehouse is created. The symbol description has not yet been submitted to the local repository.
