To modify the API:

Steps to modify:
The first step: Modify the <USES-SDK in Androidmanifest.xml android:minsdkversion= "ten"/> (if the device API is 10, modify it to 10)
Step Two: Modify the Project.Properties file in target=android-15 (or project right-->build path->configure Build Path. ->android-> to the right of the API to see which version of the API you installed)
Step three: right-click Project-->android tools-->fix Project Properties (This step I like Oh, after repair F5 refresh)
