Eclipse Project Coding Issues

The default encoding for the new project for Eclipse is UTF-8 directly:

In the menu bar,
Window->preferences->general->workspace->text file Encoding
Change it to UFT-8.

This modification is only valid for the current workspace, and if you create or switch to a new workspace, you still have to do the same.

Same Window->preferences->general->content Types
You can modify the default encoding for files in different formats,
In particular, html,css,javascript files such as encoding is best modified,
Otherwise, the default iso-8859-1 cannot support Chinese.

After two steps, the new Java file is UTF-8 encoded
