Eclipse resolves launch error:failed to connect to remote VMS [duplicate]

Sometimes after you turn on multiple eclipse, the launch error:failed to connect to remote VM appears in the controls console when you connect to the real machine debugger [duplicate], and the DDMS output will report con ' t bind To local 86XX or 87XX debugger error, this is due to port occupancy issues

Solution:

1. Turn off eclipse

2. Unplug the USB cable

3. Close all Eclipse.exe processes in Task Manager

4. Close Adb.exe

5. Restart Eclipse, reconnect your phone, resolve
