2. Check your tomcat and other server middleware GBK change to UTF8
The encoding for the Eclipse Workspace is set to UTF-8: Windows---prefrences---general---workspace---Set text file ecoding to Utf-8
3. Code (with the SDK by default transcoding, do not have to go)
This method needs to be set to UTF-8, otherwise it will use the system default encoding format, and Windows is GBK, so Chinese transcoding garbled
If the return response parsing garbled, please check the following:
Constants.env_charset = "UTF-8"; yes, it can be set when called.
