class Org.springframework.web.util.IntrospectorCleanupListener java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Org.springframework.web.util.IntrospectorCleanupListener
In the case of a MAVEN project, Tomcat did not release the jar packages added by Maven dependencies at the time of publishing the project.
You need to set up eclipse:
1. Project---Properties--Deployment Assembly, ADD, Java Build Path Entries--select Maven Dependencies, Finish-& Gt Ok
The corresponding Maven dependency package is also posted to Tomcat, which automatically publishes those jars to the specified directory when debugging, and Tomcat can also find those jars.
2. Supplement: Project Right-click->maven, Update Project. (There was no previous step in the test, and it was found that other projects in the directory were also updated with dependencies, so the other MAVEN projects were closed, and then this step was executed several times, adding the dependencies of the project.) )

Figure 2
Some 1 are displayed correctly when the update is found, Part 2 (which should be introduced as expected in Figure 1, and the JSP already exists). The Maven->update project needs to be updated again at this point. Unclear why (is not the JSP in the error when the tags.jsp has not been introduced, this check is not after Update project? Is it parallel? )
Tags.jsp is added to the Tomcat runtime directory when MAVEN updates.
