Eclipse/myeclipse Default Workspace path settings

When you first start Eclipse/myeclipse, the Workspace Launcher dialog box pops up, prompting you to set the Workspace path. Once you have set the path, if you have checked the "use as" and "does not ask again", you will not be prompted to go directly to the default workspace when you start.

There are 3 methods in which you can change the path settings for workspace.

1. After starting Eclipse/myeclipse, open "window-> Preferences-> general-> Workspace", click "Startup and Workspace" on the Shutdown page, Then check "Prompt for workspace on startup" in the "Startup and Shutdown" page;

2. Open "/eclipse/configuration/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefs" with Notepad, change the value of "Show_workspace_selection_dialog" to " True ";

P.S.: The value of "Recent_workspaces" represents the workspace absolute path set. The first path is the currently set path, which is set before the back sequence. The paths are delimited by "/n".

3. Delete "/eclipse/configuration/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefs".

After you do this, start again, and the Workspace Launcher dialog box pops up, and you can reset it.
