In eclipse/myeclipse, If you accidentally highlight the variables, you will lose them. It's really a sad thing, but you don't have to worry about it.
Windows-> preferences-> JAVA-> Editor-> MARK occurences
Check box for the top heading, and the following can be highlighted. Local variables is the variable highlighted.

Eclipse is a strong Java ide. At the beginning, we often set the default workspace. After a long time, we may want to change the location of the workspace, however, no changes are displayed at startup. There are several ways to change the workspace directory.
Method 1: go to window> preferences> General> startup and shutdown and select prompt for workspace on startup.
Method 2: Go to the eclipse installation directory and find. the settings folder contains Org. eclipse. UI. IDE. prefs, which can be opened with Ultra edit or on the WordPad. Find recent_workspaces and modify it according to its format.
Method 3: Open eclipse first, and then open it again. The system prompts workspace in use or cannot be created and choose a different one. At this time, you will be prompted to change the workspace directory.
