Kaspersky Anti-Virus Software is a very good anti-virus software that can be easily faced by both Chinese and international viruses. However, some friends on the Forum recently complained that Kabbah was slowing down the system or that Kabbah's anti-virus speed was intolerable. In fact, you only need to set up the following steps to improve Kabbah's efficiency!

Step 1

Select "recommended" in "protection level ";

In "actions taken by detected infected objects", select "Prohibit Access and perform recommended operations", and then click "OK"

Select "recommended" in "protection level ";

Select "perform recommended operations" in "actions taken by detected infected objects", and then select "Advanced Settings ".

Click "OK" before "Do not scan archive files" and "do not ask for a password when scanning objects ".

Note:

(1) the "Do not scan archive files" translation here is incorrect. The correct translation should be "Do not scan archive files ";

(2) The reason why "Do not scan archive files" is selected is: if the compressed package contains a virus, Kabbah can automatically clear the virus during decompression. When you scan for viruses manually, you can skip the compressed package file to speed up scanning. Because Kabbah takes a lot of time to decompress and scan the compressed package!

Step 7:

Finally, switch to the "protection" tab and click "Update Now" to update your virus database!

Note:

We recommend that you update the virus database every day to keep the antivirus software in optimal state. Because the anti-virus software responds quickly to new viruses and the virus database is updated almost every hour, we recommend that you upgrade the virus database every hour if you have any conditions!
