According to foreign media reports, Adobe released a security notice on Thursday and patches for the two latest Security Vulnerabilities found in Flash.
According to ArsTechnica, one of the security vulnerabilities affects Apple's Mac platform, and the other affects Microsoft's Windows platform. They will use the Flash Player vulnerabilities to install malware on users' systems. Although users in other operating systems, such as Linux, have not reported any attack, Adobe said in the security notice that all platforms will be attacked by these two vulnerabilities.
The first security vulnerability, known as CVE-2013-0634, targets Safari and Firefox on OS X, and can also be used as a Trojan to install Word documents with malware. For Mac users, this vulnerability exists in Flash Player versions 11.5.502.146 or earlier.
Adobe said: "Adobe has known that CVE-2013-0634 vulnerabilities are being exploited to launch attacks through malicious Flash content on the website. These attacks target Firefox or Flash Player in Safari on the Mac platform, or attack by enticing Windows users to open Word documents in email attachments that protect malicious Flash content ."
The second security vulnerability is named CVE-2013-0633, which only affects Windows devices and uses a similar method to launch an attack through a Word file Trojan.
