First download two software packages

1. Download the SDK:Http://dl.google.com/android/installer_r24.0.2-windows.exe

If the browser cannot be accessed,

Copy the above address to thunder (create a download task) to download it, which is about 80 Mb.

2. Download JDK:Http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html

Download the JDK package corresponding to your system

First install JDK

Then install the SDK

Start SDk Manager

Log is displayed in the bottom right corner:

Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository-8.xml, reason: HttpHostConnect Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused

Done loading packages.

It seems that google cannot be accessed.

The solution is as follows:

Solve the difficulties of accessing Google servers in China:
1. Start Android SDK Manager;

2. Open the main interface and select "Tools" and "Options ...」, The "Android SDK Manager-Settings" window is displayed;

3. In the "Android SDK Manager-Settings" window,

Enter mirrors.neusoft.edu.cn and 80 in the "HTTP Proxy Server" and "HTTP Proxy Port" input boxes, and select "Force https ://... Sources to be fetched using http ://...」 Check box;

4. Click Close to Close the Android SDK Manager-Settings window and return to the main interface;

5. Select Packages and Reload 」.
