excel+ Notepad Bulk New Folder

Sometimes we need to create a new folder or file in batches based on a bunch of names or ID numbers, and this tutorial applies. Principle, use the basic function of Excel to generate the cmd command in batches, then paste it into the bat file, double-click to execute.

1. Open Excel form:
