Online summary three points cause this problem occurs: 1, the pin of the reset button does not correspond well, resulting in an error, 2, to the SDRAM CLK, and CPU CLK no lag-75 phase; 3, if the PLL output CLK, do not directly fly to the PLL input port, otherwise it will error. This communication error is basically due to a PIN definition error or a reset error.
