rman>RMAN target/

2. List and confirm the archive log path

rman>list archivelog all;

3. Delete archived logs from 7 days ago

rman> DELETE ARCHIVELOG all completed before ' SYSDATE-7 ';

Description

SYSDATA-7, which indicates that the current system time is 7 days ago, the Before keyword represents the archive log 7 days ago.

In the same way, you can delete all logs from 7 days ago to the present, but this command should be considered clearly, after this deletion, it is best to make full backup database immediately

DELETE ARCHIVELOG from time ' SYSDATE-7 '; Delete all logs from 7 days ago to the present, with caution

4. Check the archive log

rman>crosscheck archivelog all;

5. Delete the failed archive log

rman>Delete expired archivelog all;

6, if the log burst, with the above command may not work, you can use the following command to forcibly delete all logs

rman>Delete noprompt force archivelog all;
