Flash-back technology was introduced in oracle10g, but this does not mean that all tables will be successful, and when there is not enough disk space, Oracle uses disk space in the Recycle Bin, and the bitmap connection index and referential integrity constraints are not protected by the Recycle Bin.
Setting of the RecycleBin parameter
Show Parameter bin -Shows whether flash-back technology is used, by default the flash-back technology
Alter session set Recyclebin=off; --Modify at session level
alter system set Recyclebin=off DEFERRED; -- deferred parameter is not allowed to modify, but can be modified at session level, different from 10g
Show deleted tables in Recycle Bin

Delete or empty a table in the Recycle Bin
