Method/step

Create a 800 * px file and click OK

Draw a circle of 300*300 in black,

Create a circle of 150*150 pixels. Click the OK button on the stand and the color is red.

Create a circle of 225 * px. click "OK" on the single machine.

Create two reference lines and find the center point

Rename the circle layer. the black circle layer is 1, the red circle layer is 2, and the blue circle layer is 3. use the mobile tool to adjust the positions of the three circles as shown in figure

Copy layer 2 and Layer 3 and name the layers 22 and 33.

Delete layer 2

Select layer 3 and layer 1, press ctrl + e to merge the layers,
