SharePoint Server PWA (Project web App) is turned into read-only mode

A colleague today responded to a situation in which the integrated Project Web APP (hereafter referred to as PWA) in SharePoint 2016 became read-only read-only mode!

Today, I would like to share my troubleshooting process for everyone's reference. Method Two:

It probably means that, starting with SharePoint Server 2016 and Office 365 PWA online, the maximum read-only data for this PWA is limited to 10G!

We can use the following Get-spprojectdatabasequota to view

Sure enough, both the maximum and the read-only limit are 10G, so if our real data reaches this value, then we are prompted to read only.

OK, obviously, let's try to modify this warning value.

Modify our read-only limit value by the following command, which is to lower the value of the maximum database
