With a good team, we need to improve the company's product quality and provide quality services so that we can have a strong competitiveness in the market and thus increase the company's product market share. I. team management and culture building

(1) flat team management

The Internet is an emerging industry, so most people engaged in the Internet are the young generation. Without exception, most of our team members are after. the flat team management method is indeed a feasible and effective way to manage young teams. So what is flat team management? the so-called flat team is a team that is divided into different levels and is not divided into different levels. everyone belongs to the same level of team collaboration. This method is conducive to communication between team members, improving problem solving efficiency, giving full play to the creativity of team members, and reducing the losses caused to the team by the personal dictatorship. It is understood that our company's existing team member management approach is superior, and most of the team members do not have their own ideas, even if they have ideas, there is no suitable channel to practice. So, over time, the morale of the team has gradually declined, making everyone inefficient at doing things.

After I came, I acted as a consultant and guided everyone to work together to do a good job. This is what we often call different jobs. With the clear division of labor from responsibility to people, everyone will be more efficient in doing things and will not be pushed or pushed.

At this time, it is particularly important to have a proper communication channel. if members do not understand the channel, they should ask the people they know and answer questions. Only members of the team can continue to communicate with each other. Not everyone is omnipotent and understands everything. therefore, asking for advice from others can quickly improve their abilities and levels, and thus improve the overall competitiveness of the team. This communication not only refers to the communication between members, but also to the communication with superiors. if you think the team or handling result is inappropriate, you can submit it to your superiors. in this way, you can resolve conflicts and enhance the team collaboration capability.

(5) enterprise culture construction

An enterprise must have its own unique culture, so that employees can reflect their own values, so that employees can understand and trust each other. the communication mentioned in the appeal is based on the corporate culture, with the support of excellent corporate culture, communication will be easier and the enthusiasm of members will be improved. The construction of corporate culture is not completed at once. This requires a process in which every member has more or less an impact on corporate culture.
