Today's digital products are becoming more and more popular, which will gradually attract the attention of more virus makers. Maybe they will be infected with a lot of viruses while singing. If they develop good anti-virus habits, the virus will not spread wildly.
When we use an MP3 player, we often need to connect the MP3 player to a computer and then copy the file. In this way, the MP3 player is vulnerable to virus infection, we should take measures from the following aspects.
1. Enable write Protection
If the MP3 player has a write protection switch and does not write files to the device, it is best to enable the write protection switch before connecting to the computer, thus cutting off the virus transmission path from the source.
2. Install Mobile Anti-Virus Software
Now many well-known anti-virus manufacturers have launched anti-virus software specifically for mobile devices such as MP3, Flash, and mobile hard drives. Of course, after installing the mobile anti-virus software, we need to upgrade the virus database in time so that we can prevent problems before they happen.
3. Manually change the directory content
If your MP3 player does not have a write protection switch or a mobile anti-virus software, there is a simpler way to prevent virus intrusion. In the root directory of the MP3 player, manually create a file named "Autorun. inf file, so that some viruses will not be able to automatically generate "Autorun. the inf file cannot be illegally transmitted through the MP3 player. This method also applies to mobile hard disks. This method can prevent the intrusion of most low-level viruses. However, if a virus is written by a senior hacker, other methods are used to prevent viruses.
4. Apply the special software to format a virus
Even with these measures, MP3 cannot be completely prevented from being infected with viruses. What should we do when our MP3 files are infected with viruses? In this case, be sure not to connect the MP3 file to another computer before processing the virus, because it may cause cross-infection and further expand the spread of the virus.
What we need to do at this time is to format the MP3 player. During the formatting process, pay special attention to selecting the correct file format. In addition, we should try our best to use the formatting program provided by the manufacturer (generally, it is provided on the manufacturer's random disc or on the official website). Otherwise, the MP3 cannot be used normally after formatting.
