In the previous articles, I also mentioned resolution settings. Here I will explain in detail.

Android-x86 when there are four options, we all know that the first is high density, the second is low density, two after the start of the effect is not the same, a large icon, a small, there may not be much impact on the virtual machine, but if you try it on a real machine, the effect is not a little worse.

Individuals with relatively small icons do not feel like operating mobile phones on PCs.

Is there a better way to make this effect better?

The answer is yes.

Anyone who has worked on Linux knows that Linux can be configured with startup parameters. Similarly, Android, which uses the Linux kernel as its blueprint, can also be configured with startup parameters.

The resolution is used as an example to describe how to configure parameters.

First, start the android-x86, see the following interface (for convenience, I am using a virtual machine demonstration, I hope you can try on the PC, the effect is more obvious ):

Press tab to edit options as prompted. The following page is displayed:

The next step is to input the startup parameters. There are many parameters. Here, the resolution is used as an example. Type VGA = Ask and the following interface is displayed:

Enter, the prompt page appears, follow the prompts to enter, see the following:

We can see a lot of resolutions. This is the resolution supported by your current environment. The first letter is the code, and the latter is the code. We recommend that you select 16 bits. It seems that there are other problems, for example, we choose 1024x768x16, that is, M:

Enter. After Entering, if you use a virtual machine, it will not feel very good, maybe it is not full screen, but if you load the PC, that feeling, huh, huh, it is no exaggeration to say that it is more than a thousand times better...

If you are interested, try it.

Of course, there are still many startup parameters. You can refer to the relevant materials. For example, the Android-x86 is integrated into the busybox, you can use the words after ALT + F1, In the busybox command line before adding busybox XXXX, more convenient, you can directly add busybox = 1 in the startup parameters!
