After upgrading from lion to mountain lion WiFi has a problem, from the Mac automatically hibernate after the network, wake up automatically re-connect.
From the forum to see a lot of Mayyo also and I have encountered this problem. So Google took a turn and finally on the Apple forum
Turned to the answer and solved the problem.
The steps are simple:
1. Open Disk Utility, select the partition on the system, select "First Aid" tab on the right, then click
"Verify Disk Permissions". (depending on the partition size may take a few minutes or more, the SSD will be faster)
2. When the Verify is finished, select Repair Disk Permissions.
And then my Mac was cured.

Ps:
For automatic sleep disconnect, manual hibernation (click Sleep in the top left-hand corner of the apple icon drop-down menu) or it will break the net.
