How does Eclipse import a MAVEN project or program?
We need to import external MAVEN projects into our eclipse in some cases (e.g., some open source projects, etc.). This will use the Import function.
1. In the menu, click file→import or right-left blank area, in the popup menu, select Import.
2. In the import window that pops up: select Existing maven Projects under Maven . Click next>.
3. In the Import Maven Projects window: In the root directory bar, ClickBrowse and select the items you want to import. Add Project (s) to working set (whether to choose Add to existing Working set)
4. In the Select Root folder window: Select the item to import and click OK.
5. The Retrieving listing (search list) is then automatically retrieved based on Pom.xml, and if it is a MAVEN program, multiple Pom.xml are retrieved.
